Balnacraig Lodge will next be available from July 2015 through to August 2015 for the summer holidays. Its now available for the October half term and on through the winter till April 2016

Rental will be on a Sat to Sat basis for 7 night lets other dates or shorter lets by arrangement.

Additional Information and Notes
- The numbers of beds are shown. Chalets must only contain the numbers shown due to fire regulations up to the max number In addition to this its possible to fit 1 cot or fold up bed. Cots must be requested at the time of the booking. There is no charge.
- Please note this is a self catering House and every effort is to be made to leave the house as you find it with the rubbish removed, floors hoovered dishes cleaned and beds stripped and cleaning products are left in the house for this reason. Please leave the house as it was left for you. If excessive cleaning is required you will be charged for this on an hourly basis. The charge is £16ph
- Our waste bins are collected on a Tuesday and a notice is displayed near the back(Kitchen) door to show you which bin goes on which day. Glass is not collected and must be taken to the Kincraig village recycling point (Near the village Hall)by yourself at the end of your stay.
- Free Wi-Fi available
- All bedding and towels are included but not changed daily. If you stay more than 7 nights the linen and towels will be changed.Please strip the beds and towels after your stay and leave in each room in a pile on the floor.
- Sorry but we do not accept pets
- Short breaks are only available in low and mid season periods or with 14 days to go of the date in high season or new year.

- At Balnacraig we operate a non smoking policy in all accommodation unit. please respect this and go outside if you need too!
- £500.00 Security and damage deposit required. This is refundable 7/10 days after departure less breakage charges.
- A list of the inventory is in the property( top drawer of the side board in the living room) itemising every item in every room, a list of charges for each item is also in the top drawer of the sideboard in the living room along with all the instruction manuals for appliances and any other paperwork for your stay. please familiarise yourself with these charges should anything become broken this is what you will be charged.
- ALL BOOKINGS Saturday to Saturday unless agreed otherwise
- ELECTRICITY OIL GAS AND LOGS INCLUDED A one off payment is taken for all electricity, oil and wood for the fires at time of booking. This Is £100.
